The pieces showcased here offer varied perspectives, peeling back the glamorous veneer of the City of Angels to reveal the reality underneath its guise as a utopian Paradise. Incorporating elements of photography, sculpture, and painting, the works serve as the artists’ window into the city's cultural dissonance, disparity, its undercurrent of anxiety, and the remnants of unfulfilled desires.”
